Project Manager

What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- 2+ years in project management, delivery management, or similar IT role
- Practical Agile experience (Scrum, Lean Agile), SDLC, backlog management
- Hands-on with Jira and Google Workspace
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent Polish and English (B2+)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in service design or launching new services
- Familiarity with GitHub, pull requests, and code review workflows
- Experience with AI-supported delivery or workflow automation
- Availability in Gliwice office once a week + occasional client travel
